Northern Sea Oats

One of my favorite grasses to use in my bouquets, Northern Sea Oats adds whimsy, texture and movement to arrangements. Seed heads are a lovely light green that turn to a warm metallic brown as they age.

Planting: Start seeds inside 8-12 weeks before your last frost. 170-365 days to maturity

Harvesting: Stems are ready to cut when seed heads are fully formed and are still green. Can be used fresh or dried.
