Mignonette - White Mignonette

One of my garden favorites is mignonette. A fantastic filler for bouquets that will captivate with it’s intoxicating sweet scent of sugar. A favorite among the pollinators as well give this beauty a try and it won’t be long before it’s a staple in your garden.

Planting: Start your seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before your last frost date. 75 days to maturity

Harvesting: Stems are ready to be cut once they are firm and flowers are open about halfway up the base of the stem. It is best to harvest during the coolest time of the day.
