Foxglove - Apricot Beauty
Foxglove - Apricot Beauty
If you’re looking for that cottage garden feel, foxgloves will do the trick. These beautiful garden staples pair perfectly with roses and perennials. Their tall peach apricot blooms have a touch of pink and are a favorite among the pollinators as well.
* Please note, foxgloves are poisonous. Please take care around children & animals. *
Planting: Sow seeds anytime in the late spring to early summer. Surface sow seeds as they need light for germination, but can be covered with a very fine layer of vermiculite. Due to their size, bottom watering is required so that they do not wash away with overhead watering. Plant out at least 8 weeks before your first frost, plants will overwinter beautifully and bloom the following spring. 325-365 days to maturity
Harvesting: Blooms can be cut when just a few flowers have opened at the bottom of the stem.
