Planting: Start your seeds indoors 6 weeks before your last frost date. Lightly cover the seed as it needs light to germinate. 100-110 days to maturity

Harvesting: Stems are ready to be cut before the yellow centers start to show. It is best to harvest during the coolest time of the day.
