Amaranth is a wonderfully unique bloom that will add texture and whimsy to bouquets and arrangements. Can be used either fresh or dried.

Planting: Sow your seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before your last frost date. 70-75 days to maturity.

Harvesting: For fresh stems, harvest when about half of the flowers are open on each stem. For dried flowers, harvest when all parts of the bloom are open.
